Practise evaluation to improve

We encourage youth worker to actively practise evaluation to improve the quality of the youth work conducted. Here are some keynotes to take into account. Be ready to learn and improve your competences!

 COMPETENCE 5.1 Involve young people in planning and organising evaluation

 COMPETENCE 5.4 Stay up-to-date on the latest youth research on the situation and needs of the young people

This involves:
